Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as a Driver Operations Associate. You’ll be placed in the Driver Operations Department and responsible to generate more driver leads and report to the Driver Operations Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop and implement offline driver acquisition program and initiatives.

• Grow and continuously improve driver acquisition activities, using in app driver referral program, driver acquisition affiliates, and relevant on-ground manpowers.

• Collaborate with Marketing Team to optimize our paid and organic channel through developing campaign, event and program for generating supply.

• Explore more channel to increase Lalamove drivers awareness with objective to make people interest in joining Lalamove as a driver partner.

• Collaborate with other subdivision like driver onboarding, offline presence and driver management team to achieve oversupply state and to gain higher transaction value.

• Lead and monitor day to day on-ground manpowers, ensure them to achieve their daily target.

What you’ll need:

• At least 2 years experience from operations background, preferably a startup or logistics company.

• Experienced in sales activity is a plus

• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Ability to champion new processes from plan to close

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English

• Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
