About the role

PT. Grinviro Biotekno Indonesia is seeking a talented Drafter MEP to join our dynamic team. As a Drafter MEP, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our diverse range of projects. This full-time position is based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

1. Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings for MEP systems using industry-standard software

2. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate design requirements into comprehensive technical documentation

3. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations

4. Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress and address any challenges

5. Support the project management team by providing timely updates and information

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the company’s design capabilities

What we’re looking for

1. A diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering or a related field

2. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Inventor is a must

3. Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Drafter MEP, preferably in the engineering or construction industry

4. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their design principles

5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

6. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

7. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
