JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

×       Responsible for documents and drawings

×       Control and report on daily basis to Construction Manager

×       Issue the transmittal for all documents (Drawings, technical submittals, information & Method statements)

×       Keep all the logs with Drawing List up to date

×       Distribute project-related copies to internal teams

×       File documents in physical and digital records

×       Create templates for future use

×       Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients

×       Manage the flow of documentation within the organization

×       Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

×       Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

×       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar

×       Understanding of Construction Administration

×       Time management

×       Strong communication abilities

×       Data Center Construction Experience is a plus

×       Document Controller Experience for Min. 3 Years

×       Professional English Proficiency is mandatory

×       Adhesion to the Ellipse Projects’ code of conduct
