About the role

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking an experienced Doctor’s Referral (Sales) professional to join our dynamic team in Karawaci Banten. As a Doctor’s Referral (Sales) specialist, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, driving referrals to our state-of-the-art hospital facilities and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively identify and engage with local healthcare providers, including private clinics, general practitioners and specialists, to promote Siloam Hospitals’ services and capabilities

• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key decision-makers to secure referrals and drive patient volumes

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Siloam Hospitals’ full range of medical services, treatments and facilities to provide tailored recommendations to healthcare partners

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and implement effective sales strategies

• Regularly monitor and analyse referral patterns and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise sales efforts

• Contribute to the development of sales tools, resources and training programmes to enhance the overall sales capability of the team

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through your excellent consultative selling skills

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a doctor referral/medical sales role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the dynamics between hospitals, clinics and medical professionals

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare providers

• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting, networking and negotiations

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities

• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a healthcare-related or business discipline preferred

• A collaborative and supportive team culture that values innovation and achievement
