Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Technical Engineering
• Having min 10+ years experience in managing  plant equipment in mining operations, with 5 years experience as Plant/Asset Manager
• Computer skills (e.g. Ms. office/database), Leadership, and presentation/auditing skills
• Good English communication in both verbal and writing
• Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including training employees on safety procedures, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring that all safety equipment is properly maintained and functioning
• Analyze and optimize asset performance including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Manage a team of maintenance Operations and Strategy including hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring performance
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of all assets including machinery, equipment, and vehicles
• Manage the budget for asset maintenance including tracking expenses, identifying areas for cost savings, and ensuring that all expenditures are within budget
• Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to ensure proper utilization and maintenance of assets.
• Work with other departments within the organization to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of maintenance issues.
• To ensure accurate records of all maintenance work including parts and labor costs, and ensure that all records are up-to-date and properly stored.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance plans and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management and maintenance planning
