Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mining /Geology Engineering

•Minimum 12+ years of experience in coal mining operations, mandatory mix experience from a coal mining contractors & coal mining owner company

•Strong knowledge of coal resources and reserves, mine planning, mine channeling and coal logistics

•Holds POU certification

•Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team

•Have good English language skills (both written and spoken)

•Willingness to relocate to our mine site in Paser East Kalimantan, and work a roster of 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-break will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

Responsibilities:

•Monitoring, follow up and report safety inspections or unsafe conditions of work, environment and tools to ensure the coal production process runs safely

•Planning and developing work activities to ensure their implementation aligns with the plan to support coal production achievements

•Ensure operational activities run smoothly and conduct continuous monitoring of production results to ensure production results are in accordance with the plan

•Analyzing and evaluating coal production results and issues together with other departments to find solutions for effective production processes

•Provide instructions related to mining activities and their relationship with efforts to achieve production targets

•Planning and supervising the operational activities of coal transportation from the mine to the port or to other coal processing locations

•Coordinate and manage coal logistics to ensure smooth and timely transportation

•Monitoring division budget and ensuring that coal hauling operation costs are controlled and kept within established limits

•Reviewing, revising, and approving monthly operational production reports

•Reporting any deviations in energy-consuming equipment.

•Implementing an energy management system according to applicable procedures and regulations

Enforcing Occupational Health and Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental regulations in the workplace
