What You’ll Do

As the Division Head of Legal Operations, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert legal advice to the company and leading 30 legal experts. You will be tasked with reviewing contracts, overseeing license and permit.

• Assist, advise, business unit on a daily basis
• Review relevant agreements and ancillary contracts regularly
• Provide legal advice and leading 30 legal experts
• Overseeing license and permit
• Maintain deep knowledge and understanding mining operations

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for the Division Head of Legal Operations role brings a wealth of experience from working as a lawyer within mining operations. Your expertise should span across finance transaction matters, mining operations, and corporate services. Your deep understanding of mining operations coupled with your excellent analytical skills will set you apart. A driven attitude with commercial acumen is also highly desirable. Willingness to be adventurous and placed in company mine site in East Kalimantan with rosters 5 Weeks on-site and 2 Weeks off.

• Minimum of seven years’ experience as a lawyer in a mining company or ten years in an Indonesian law firm specialise in Mining.
• Experience mining operations and mining permit and licenses
• Experience representing both the private and the government sectors
• Excellent analytical skills – with strong leadership
• Driven attitude with commercial acumen
• Willing to be placed in company mine-site East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off
