Butuh cepat!! loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi District Sales Representative (Domicile Bekasi) di tempat usaha PT Bolttech Device Protection Indonesia” (“bolttech”) untuk kota/kab Bekasi serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

In this position you will…

Develops and grows sales within the designated area to achieve revenue goals and customer based aligned with company strategic initiative, includes implementing program campaign execution for performance improvement.

You will be responsible for…

·      Responsible for achieving sales targets that have been set by company within the defined area and designated store / partner

·      Manage and monitor store performance within the area

·      Make regular sales reports and insight output within the designated area to Team Leader / Sales Manager

·      Conducting training and re-training to outlets within the coverage area

·      Willing to do supervision and training for several outlets in the specified area by company

·      Activation of new outlets and activation of company-defined partners

·      Manage Site training and coaching on day to frontliner activities

·      Manage regular sales reporting within the district / area

·      Coordination with several outlets and partner frontliner within the designated area

You will require the following qualifications and skills..

·      Diploma or Degree relating to Sales and Marketing

·      Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales retail / direct selling

·      Experience in Sales executive, or Mobile phone retail sales

·      Good communication in English and Bahasa

·      Willing to travel or domiciled in the area designated by the company

·      Ability to conduct training and product introduction skills

·      Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
