As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the full potential of your area of responsibility to achieve targets, drive sales growth, and effectively manage risks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify potential risks in the sales process and implement measures to mitigate them effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and comparison to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
