【岗位职责】

1.辅助总经理打开印尼线下市场渠道并且制定合理的渠道推广计划，需要跑线下渠道并且跟渠道商能够独立洽谈业务合作，以及能够快 速打开线下卖场入驻和品牌入驻渠道，

2.行业渠道建设.管理.关系维护等工作。

3.寻找潜在合作伙伴，密切关注渠道项目。与潜在合作伙伴进行商务洽谈和项目合作

4.维系并巩固与上游厂商的紧密合作关系，加强沟通与合作，提升商务与培训能力

5.锁定本地市场动向，拓展及维护新老商户，与各行业客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，并与客户谈判并达成合作；

6.执行公司的销售策略及政策，达成业绩目标；

7.与公司各部门有效配合，并快速有效地解决客户正版化.信息化项目中所遇到的问题及突发事件，及时处理来自版权部门及客户的投诉.反馈.建议等，以提高微软厂商和客户的满意度；

8.充分挖掘自身工作潜力，收集一线行业信息.用户意见.当地市场信息.竞争对手信息等，对公司提出参考意见，并树立企业形象。

9. 有开通自营门店和门店渠道代理商加盟的经验优先

【任职资格】

1.语言：需要会中文，英文，印尼文

2.本科以上学历，计算机软硬件.理工科和市场营销专业

3.能承受较大的工作压力，认真负责.勤劳肯干

4.具有较好强的上进心，良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神

【Job Responsibilities】

1. To assist the general manager to open the Indonesian offline market channels and formulate a reasonable channel promotion plan. It is necessary to run offline channels and be able to independently negotiate business cooperation with channel suppliers, and be able to quickly open offline stores and brand entry channels,

2. Industry channel construction, management, relationship maintenance and other work.

3. Look for potential partners and pay close attention to channel projects. Conduct business negotiations and project cooperation with potential partners

4. Maintain and consolidate close cooperation with upstream manufacturers, strengthen communication and cooperation, and improve business and training capabilities

5. Focus on local market trends, expand and maintain new and old merchants, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with customers in various industries, and negotiate and reach cooperation with customers;

6. Implement the company’s sales strategies and policies to achieve performance goals;

7. Cooperate effectively with various departments of the company, and quickly and effectively solve the problems and emergencies encountered by customers in the legalization and informatization projects, and deal with complaints, feedback and suggestions from copyright departments and customers in a timely manner, so as to improve Microsoft Vendor and customer satisfaction;

8. Fully tap their own work potential, collect first-line industry information, user opinions, local market information, competitor information, etc., provide reference opinions for the company, and establish a corporate image.

9. Experience in opening self-operated stores and store channel agents is preferred

1. Language: Chinese, English, Indonesian

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer software and hardware, science and engineering and marketing
