Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Distribution Development Manager di kantor Kraft Heinz ABC Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB OFFER

As a Distribution Development Manager, you will be responsible to evaluate distributor performance & productivity and develop area by identifying white space area in the respective distributor’s scope.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Being partners with Sales Head and GTM Head by mapping area segregation, acquiring information’s to propose additional distribution points and benchmarking to competitors.
Evaluating current distributor performance (Infrastructure, Productivity, Distribution & Sales) by evaluating numbers SR based on KHI requirements, numbers of outlets coverage compared to universe, productivity per SR compared to standard and revenue, conduct infrastructure audit of distributors
Appoint & replace new distributors by mapping distributor grading, cluster, mapping revenue vs total population in the respective area, mapping register outlet vs potential total population, mapping area segregation, and creating distributor performance report.
Ensuring DPM achievement by conduction business review with bottom performer distributor and regular monitoring.
Closely collaborate with GTM Direct/Indirect to maintain and improve Hub & Spoke performance, propose additional points. Monitoring motorist performance together with the internal team.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in any major
4-year experience in Sales Field especially in General Trade
Strong in analytical thinking, data-driven, and advanced in Microsoft Office
Strong leadership & collaboration skills.
Personal attributes: agility, curiosity, positivity, enthusiasm, passion for improving and proactive, love the challenging situation.
Willing to work with very high mobility.
Flexible in terms of working location.
Have experience handling several areas in Jakarta.
