This position will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement & supply chain functions across our network of hospitals. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of essential medical supplies, equipment, services and pharmaceuticals.

Description

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Assess supplier performance and drive improvements in supplier quality and reliability.
• Oversee the logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies to hospitals.
• Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and environmental impact.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Display a strong understanding of corporate governance requirements.
• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Provide guidance and support for team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Be a key team member in the Company’s digital transformation strategy from a supply chain perspective.
• Review the supply chain organization structure and make recommendations to modify in order to ensure quicker alignment with strategic objectives.

Profile

The successful candidate will meet this requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain practices, regulations, and industry trends.
• Understand they key role of integrating international class ESG policies into a supply chain strategy and policy.
• Proven track record of successful supply chain optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian and English
