Description

This position is expected to manage large and complex engagements, build client relationships, contribute to business development and fulfill firm building responsibilities.

• Consistently make a significant impact on client business performance and be recognized by our clients for the quality of your work.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your areas of expertise.
• Effectively handle leads and identify opportunities through proposal development, presentations and client relationships that generate and extend business for the firm.
• Demonstrate integrity and gain a positive reputation for firm building activities such as thought leadership, team play and people development.
• Have an extensive client network.

Profile

Because of the highly competitiveness of the process, this role is only opened for Indonesians with excellent communication in English and Bahasa, and individuals who are familiar with the Indonesian market. To seize the opportunity to work for this highly dynamic client, you should be/have:

• University graduate major from Tier 1 university only. Preference will be given to applicants from top universities. An advanced degree or MBA from global top school is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in reputable company, with at least 6 years in a leading high value consultancy firm. Or you might have 8-10 years of working experience working in reputable consulting firms.
• The right to work in Indonesia.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.
• Proficient in team management, in both a remote and on-site model with global teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively
