Client Details

The client is a globally-leading Professional Services company. Currently looking for a Director specialising on CRM Digital Transformation projects within Indonesia’s Healthcare, FSI and Public Sector business processes.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Create value by understanding client strategy, business vision, and assist in navigating transformation pathways through efficient implementation of CRM strategies
• Provide consultative approaches to cater customer pain points and ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with clients across the FSI, Healthcare and Public Sector industry – Explore and identify potential business opportunities opportunities
• Take ownership of revenue pipeline for the business unit
• Propose unique business and technology strategies that can help client’s expansion strategy revolving around CRM
• Take ownership of projects regarding data migration and other IT Strategies – enhancing user experience, process efficiency, streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Anticipate potential business challenges and stakeholder needs – practice excellent communication flow with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree at any relevant field from a reputable University
• At least 15 years of working experience within Business Development or IT Consulting roles in Managed Services and CRM technologies
• Experience in Presales, Delivery and Implementation projects within the IT industry
• Proven leadership skills and experience in project management
• Network and established relationships within the FSI, Public Sector and Healthcare industry in Indonesia
• Target-oriented and self-driven individual
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
