British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Direct Sourcing Officer in Indonesia!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support sourcing plan development and execution for direct spend categories in line with local, regional, and global strategies.
• Manage TPM/Sundries sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with global policies and standards.
• Contribute to savings targets through effective negotiations and supplier management.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive quality improvements.
• Maintain accurate contracts, supplier records, and monthly spend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with risk management, ABAC/CRA, SOBC, and SoX requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong supplier relationships to support business growth and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 2 years experience in FMCG procurement, preferably within materials or innovative categories.
• Strong project management and thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficient skills in Excel (data analysis, spend tracking, performance reporting) and PowerPoint (case and reporting decks). Familiarity with SAP for vendor management, purchasing, and reporting processes.
• Creative individual with a strategic approach to improving value and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work optimally across cross-functional and multi-level partners locally, regionally, and globally.
• Resilient, agile, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
