Job Overview:

The Direct Sales Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of sales representatives in achieving sales targets and growing the business. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and coaching the sales team to improve their skills and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the direct sales teams (DST), in order to increase sales and achieve targets
  • Assist the direct sales team (DST) and provide training to approach potentials customers in a crowded place
  • Build a solid team
  • Monitoring the activities of the DST
  • Help solve the problems of the direct sales team (DST) and accompany the team if needed
  • Set and Decide on focus areas and also help with the permission requirement before assigning the team to the location
  • Provide direct sales team reports be it weekly, monthly, or yearly
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales supervisor or team leader in a direct sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
