Get to Know the Role:

The Direct Sales Manager will be in charge to manage SPGs, not only from the way to sell but also grooming method, body language and approach/selling strategy.

This person will need to be independent, reliable and has great attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor SPGs for the event, booth, workshop and other marketing activities.
• Teach and train SPGs a proper way to approach prospects, to sell, grooming, body language and attitude.
• Create reporting on each SPGs performances.
• Source for SPGs (hiring).
• Analyse each SPGs performances.
• Analyse performance funnels from getting the leads until conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to make sure the leads are not wasted and qualified
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and decide marketing activities.
• Run SPGs operations like day to day tasks, schedules and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with proven experience in managing SPGs/ direct selling.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SPGs.
• Highly detailed, independent and reliable.
• Solid knowledge of SPGs operations flows.
• Strong leadership skills and project management skills
• Ability to work with across all levels in an organisation and with external vendors
• Creative thinker and team player
• “Can do” personality
• Detailed oriented
• Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory
• MS Office/IT literate
