Lowongan Kerja Depok Posisi Digital Transformation Officer di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

Deliver digitalization projects and ensuring digital products meet stakeholder needs. This position must liaise with many parties such as all functions in Cimanggis Site, Region PS Product / Category Team, Enabling Functions, Bayer’s Strategic Partner, as well as local providers. In addition, it must also maintain collaboration between related functions during continuity of the project.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and elaborate requirements from users and translate into user stories/specifications
• Select the right tools to fulfil user needs and also be able to integrate with IT-OT if necessary
• Develop digital solutions using tools available at Bayer, including Microsoft 365, Tulip.
• Manage collaboration and alignment with multiple stakeholders in Digitalization topics which includes (but not limited) site department, Global Functions, and also external.
• Work closely with Cimanggis’ Information Security Manager to ensure compliant of digital services and products to Manufacturing IT Security and Data Integrity principles in GxP regulated environment.
• Contribute in fostering digital culture and environment by providing training for Citizen Developer.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education – Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy or similar disciplines.
2. Minimum of two (2) years experience in manufacturing area
3. Familiar with GxP regulated environment
4. Knowledge in production network, Manufacturing IT Security, and Data Integrity will be an advantage
5. Experience as Citizen Developer will be an advantage
6. Main competencies: Core, Leaders, technical competencies. 
7. Self-motivated and internal-driven
8. Excellent communication skills in English. 
9. Able to work as individual and in team
10. Good analytical thinking
11. Have experience / knowledge in managing multiple stakeholders
