As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be the soul of the development marketing strategy that creates an impact on our clients’ businesses and achieves their ultimate most ambitious goal. You’ll blend strategic thinking with creativity to win the attention economy and deliver an impactful marketing campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the end-to-end strategic planning of a highly effective 360 marketing campaign
• Fully responsible for research, insight, and crafting strategy and communication deck together with creative team
• High-level research and problem-solving to unlock improvements in every part of the campaign, such as insight into numbers everyone else misses, making creative briefs sing, etc
• Uses an understanding of commercial opportunities and marketing effectiveness measurements – especially how to link marketing metrics, trends, and behaviors more closely to business outcomes
• Collaborate and effectively communicate strategic plan and direction to both client and agency team
• Lead, nurture, and grow a high-performing strategic team to achieve agency business target

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of working experience in Strategic Planning from a reputable Advertising and Digital Agency;
• Highly experienced in Strategy: you would already have a proven great portfolio across the spectrum of industries: in this hiring process, we will be requesting your portfolio in Digital Strategy and Campaign Planning (applicants without a portfolio will be ignored)
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make a brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models, PESO, and other advanced digital marketing strategies
• Great communication and presentation skills, Able to present ideas to both internal teams and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and other relevant field
• A digital and social savvy who keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and can give clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written and verbal Bahasa and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, agency environment.
• Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
