We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Staff who will be accountable for establishing an integrated digital support network for the development of omni channel partnering across GSK.  You will also develop and execute an integrated business plan while managing relationships with strategic partners and pilot initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Steward and Digital Consent Improvement, driving the improvement of consent in different MCM channel
• Omnichannel Project Execution locally, the PIC on cascading global/regional project together with Customer Engagement Lead
• Commercial Effectiveness, by Supporting CE and CRM by providing CE KPI data and report on regular basis
• Digital Segmentation, including customer journey and customer digital preference segmentation and validation
• E2E Webinar Implementation & Optimization
• MCM Analytics & Overall Channel Performance Review, includes Planning and driving the performance of MCM channels
