Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan ialah Pemasaran Digital & Pencarian (Pemasaran & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Mentawai Villas
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale the online presence and direct bookings for our two boutique beachfront villas in the Mentawai Islands.
If you understand hospitality marketing and know how to turn traffic into bookings, we want to hear from you.
π§ Key Responsibilities
– Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads across:
-Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
– β Build effective retargeting funnels to convert website visitors.
– β Produce compelling ad creatives, visuals, and copy aligned with our brand identity.
– β Set up and manage tracking tools: Meta Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager, UTM parameters.
– β Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to achieve strong ROAS.
– β Create custom newsletters for guest engagement and repeat bookings.
– β Understand and work with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
– β Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.

π― Requirements
– Proven experience running successful digital ads campaigns.
– β Strong knowledge of hospitality, travel, or villa/resort marketing.
– β Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns quickly.
– β Skilled in creative direction, copywriting, and audience targeting.
– β Experience with OTA management and email marketing tools.
– β Independent, proactive, and reliable.

– Familiarity with Cloudbeds or similar hotel PMS systems.
– β Background in real estate, surf, wellness, adventure, or luxury travel marketing.
