Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our consulting services and driving online engagement. Your expertise will help us effectively communicate our offerings to the target audience and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our IT consulting services and solutions.
Manage and optimize our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
Execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic to the website.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage and grow our company’s social media presence, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights from data to continuously optimize marketing efforts for better results.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals.
Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies.
Assist in planning and organizing virtual events, webinars, and workshops to showcase our expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools.
Experience with social media management and advertising platforms.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track and measure campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and multimedia assets.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of IT consulting services and technology trends is a plus.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are advantageous.
