About the Role

Aside from our Education arm, RevoU also works with clients in providing a full-funnel performance digital marketing services focusing on effective, data-driven, and result-oriented approaches. Here, we help our clients to create digital marketing campaigns & online marketing strategies using paid ads and organic channels.

As we are aiming to grow our digital marketing services, we’re looking for a highly motivated and data driven Digital Marketing Optimizer to join our Marketing Services team. In this role you will work as part of the team to drive profitable growth by creating, managing and optimising paid marketing campaigns.

​Key Responsibilities in this role :

• Campaign Execution: ​Supporting the Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute the marketing strategy to meet client objectives
• Building Comprehensive Reporting: Generating reports to analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Creative Brief: Developing creative briefs for digital marketing campaigns, outlining the objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets required.
• Research: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing. This may involve analyzing customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
• Monitoring & Optimizing Campaigns: Continuously monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments to optimize their effectiveness. This includes A/B testing, adjusting targeting parameters, refining ad creatives, and reallocating budget based on performance data
• ​Conducting daily analysis of performance and optimising to ensure we meet marketing objectives and economics
• ​Building a strong relationship with the Digital Marketing Strategist for your channels
• ​Identifying new areas of opportunity and growth to continue testing, learning and innovating
• ​Setting up and monitoring AB tests to continually improve performance of the ads and the new user journey
• ​Staying current with best practices and new advances in performance marketing and strategies employed by similar businesses

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has and/or is strong at:

• Technical Requirements:
  • Experience handling digital marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social and Marketplace Ads
  • Experience analyzing data on digital channels and utilising data to derive insights and suggest next steps
  • Understanding of best practice design and usability principles on digital channels.
  • Ability to analyse and understand marketing metrics to assess performance and deliver improvements.​Have experience of using Looker Data Studio
