We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company’s brand, products, and services. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Job Title: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Type of Role: FULL TIME, WORK FROM OFFICE

Location: JAKARTA, INDONESIA

Salary Range (Monthly): 5,000,000 IDR to 10,000,000 IDR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns including creating email templates, writing copy, and managing subscriber lists.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand and voice.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Work with the content team to create and publish content that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and techniques to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and product teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and platforms.
• Any other duties as determined by the Marketing Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, website management, and graphic design
• Able to showcase a portfolio of work in the areas of website design, collaterals, logo designs, e-commerce banners, and newsletters
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy for various channels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
