To reach millions, We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist with a proven track record of delivering results through effective digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that generate traffic and leads to drive business growth
• Research for latest market trends, products, and competition to create product positioning, messaging, and digital marketing strategies
• Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance for regular analysis and improvement
• Continuously improve product knowledge and digital marketing techniques through ongoing training and development
• Collaborate with KOLs or partners needed to achieve campaign objectives
• Lead, oversee, and mentor Digital Marketing Team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Performance Marketer with a proven track record in increasing traffic and leads for a company within a specific timeframe
• Proficient in Paid Traffic and Organic Traffic channels such as Google/Meta/TikTok ads, Organic/Viral Content Marketing, SEO, and Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical and copywriting skills
• Data-driven, able to track and optimize marketing performance based on data analysis and market insights
• Growth mindset, always learn about information technology, data
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Good communication skill with fluency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa
