Job Description:

• Act as information source and lead-point of contact on Digital Portfolio service
• Establish persistent & practicable action plan to build and maintain long-term relationships with cross functional Digital Correspondence, Stakeholders and Executive sponsor
• Oversee and manage digital portfolio service in-line with laid-down procedures which outlined by the organization
• Identify, gathering and analyze operational feedback as improvement material for Digital Demand opportunities
• Collaborate with Technology & Project team to determine optimum solution option
• Introduces data utilization/literation for business insights, decisions, and routine reporting purposes
• Analyzing & evaluate design of technical system and business model as part of continuous improvement
• Perform necessary business support in Digital Transformation implementation cycle
• Ensure existing Digital product portfolio gives reflection of ever-changing needs of users, according business-objectives and client-focus orientation
• Manage streamline of solution design, training, deployment, supports & maintenance towards satisfaction of user needs
• Act as Ambassador of Digitalization Journey and assure the higher success rate of Digital Culture
• Analyzing & evaluate design of technical system and business model as part of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science/related field
• Have min 3 years experience in Mining/Energy Industry
• Involved in 3 improvement projects or more
• End to end general knowledge of mining/non-mining business processes in mining industry and great technology awareness
• Able to work as fast pace and dynamic team in agile environment
• Fluent on English (written & speech)
• Communicative and persuasive on expressing ideas
• Good analytical & problem solving ability
• Have Project Management Certification and POP Certification is an advantage
