• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. Identify digital trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities to drive digital initiatives.
• Explore and evaluate new digital business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances that can support the growth and diversification of the company’s insurance offerings.
• Work closely with product development teams to conceptualize and launch digital-first insurance products, leveraging technologies such as AI, data analytics, IoT, and blockchain.
• Focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and intuitive digital experiences to customers across various touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
• Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize digital initiatives for enhanced customer engagement and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, enabling the adoption of cutting-edge digital strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the effective promotion of insurance products and services across digital channels.
• Identify and collaborate with technology partners, startups, and insurtech companies to leverage their expertise and innovative solutions for digital business development.
• Ensure that all digital initiatives and solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, with a particular focus on data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Prepare and manage the department’s budget, allocating resources effectively to support digital business development initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of digital business development professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to foster their professional growth and productivity.
• Regularly report on the progress of digital initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business outcomes to senior management.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital business development, digital strategy, or digital transformation within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and customer experience platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the digital landscape.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on emerging digital trends and opportunities.
