Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Procurement Business Partner you will be responsible to coordinate all the IT activities and to supervise the proper use of the Company IT Assets and to provide first level user support.in place. 

A day of life of…
•    Ensure Safety work place by understanding and implementing Nestle Management System, include ISO ISO 14001 and ISO 45001″        
•    Understand and implement current Nestle Management System in work area of responsibility, include ISO 9001, FSCC 22000″        
•    First level support to users (troubleshoot problem to resolution : Tools, LAN, WAN, Host access, desktop / laptop, printer, fax, telephone multimedia, etc)
•    Consult and escalates complex technical problems on behalf of users to Globe Service-Desk        
•    Supports site business for maintains PC/LAN hardware, IT devices and software inventory management.        
•    Control and maintain the IT Asset and its utilization under area of responsibility        
•    Assist second level IT support teams in problem resolution and works with IT supports team to implement changes for service improvement        
•    Represent Remote Offices in IT coordinator training, meetings and recommend technical service improvements and assistance whenever required        
•    Follow instructions from corporate IT operations on all Procedures like back up, server room activities, etc    
•    Prevent and report the security violation to IT Security Manager according to IT Security Policy and Procedure        
•    Monthly stock count activity        
•    To perform other duties as and when required by his/her line manager                            .                    

What makes you successful? 
•    Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology        
•    1-2 years experience in similar position and similar industry        
•    Has good knowledge in basic IT / Information System    
•    Willing to be placed in Central Java
