Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Diagnostic Laboratory Manager di kantor PT Hipra Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan adalah Layanan Kesehatan & Diagnosa/Lainnya serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2), & Doktor (S3). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Reporting to:

Direct report to Subsidiary Business Manager, and dotted line to Corporate Manager of Scientific Support Unit for Marketing in Spain through a matrix system.

Work base: 100% office based in Jakarta Office (GKM Green Tower)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the Diagnos service in the subsidiary, and coordinate all service activities in constant communication with the UCAM manager, the Diagnos Coordinator in Spain, and the Business Manager.
Participate in conducting laboratory tests following the procedures in force in Hipra.
Coordinate the work of the laboratory staff under the supervision of the Business Manager.
Communicate to the Diagnos Coordinator in Spain any need of technical support to improve or implement test methods. Ensure the transference of the proper information from Hipra HQ to the subsidiary, following the established procedures without introducing changes in any of the methods (following standard protocols).
Ensure compliance with good laboratory practices in terms of test procedures, record keeping, and instrument/equipment maintenance.
Establish priorities to the team of technicians, to ensure a timely customer service.
Be responsible for stock control of equipment and reagents, as well as place orders to maintain a minimum stock for the service.
Ensure the proper use of LIMS or any other informatics support, allowing traceability of all actions performed in Diagnos (sample management, customer reports, database, etc.).
Ensure the safety of people in the laboratory, by encouraging the use of the proper personal protective equipment, and compliance with current industrial safety regulations.
Preparing specimens and samples under good laboratory practices.
Keeping up to date with technical developments, by conducting searches on identified topics relevant to the Company from the diagnostic side.
Following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks for all personnel involved in diagnostic procedures.

PROFILE:

Studies: Veterinary Degree (most preferable) from reputable university.
Languages: Good command of English will be highly valued.
Work experience: a senior level with minimum of 10 years of experiences Emphasis should be done on previous experience and understanding of serology and PCR methods. Experience in Animal Health sector (specified on Poultry Species), would be a high advantages.
Abilities: A detail oriented person & comfortable to work with meticulous details. Capacity for teamwork, proactivity, easy going person. Great sense of responsibility & good communication skills.
