Job brief:

Desk Collection Specialist has responsibility to collect repayment from our customers. This position will collaborate with Operation and Field Collection members in order to maximize collection activities.

Responsibilities:

• Make good process of desk collection from scratch
• Contact and negotiate customers to collect repayment by phone call, WhatsApp message, email and so on

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience as desk collection in financial company
• Strong responsibility and commitment for the result
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Able to work under pressure and target
• Conversational English skill
• Have SPPI certification will be a plus point
