Job description & requirements

Job Description:

1. Delivering quality design work in a fast-paced environment and taking an active role in ensuring upcoming deadlines are met
2. Maintaining an awareness of emerging trends and new ideas, and translating these into designs and collections
3. Working alongside other designers and departments to assist in the development of new designs, and effectively communicating with the team throughout this process
4. As part of the creative team, contributing to conceptual exploration including mood boards and sketches before the design of a collection
5. Designing a broad range of stationery products, seeing a project through from concept to a final piece

Requirements :

1. Have at least 2 years of Graphic Design experience
2. Have a proven track record of producing design-led paper based products (such as
   packaging, stationery, zine, others), with a strong portfolio to support
3. Have a strong interest in print & stationery design with good knowledge of paper stock,
   print techniques, and print production
4. Have good attention to detail with excellent typography & layout skills
5. Have a good understanding of preparing artwork for print and web
6. Have excellent Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
7. Are detail-oriented and organized, being able to multitask with good time management
   skills
8. Are self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
9. (Ideally) have illustration skills
