Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Administrasi Jaringan & Sistem (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Purpose/Target:

  • Coordination of Workshop (Service Center) Installation Planning in case that Site Installation Planners from several Product Groups/Disciplines/Entities are involved in a project
  • Typically, one of the involved Site Installation Planners will be nominated for this role

Responsibilities:

  • Alignment of
    • Service Center Installation concepts
    • 3rd party vendor Contract Drafts
    • Service Center installation schedules in combination with the overall schedule
    • Service Center reporting concepts
    • Responsibility matrix between Customer, ANDRITZ and Installation companies
    • HSE concepts
    • Service Center security concept
  • Preparation of common site organization chart (if any)
  • Coordination of interfaces in Service Center Installation Planning for all site relevant disciplines e.g. Civil Works, Mechanical, AEI, Insulation, Commissioning
  • Responsible to compliance permit from statutory
  • Travel security concept together with Global Mobility and Global Travel Security

Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer and or related discipline 
  • Have a strong knowledge of Service Center civil construction
  • Have a very good communication skill
  • Have a good knowledge of Pulp & Paper industry and machinary
  • Have a good interpersonal skill
  • Have a strong negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English both written and verbally.
