Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Dept. Head Financial Planning & Analysis di kantor PT Cipta Krida Bahari untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Position : Dept. Head Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Purpose:

Planning and overseeing the preparation of the company’s financial budget at both the business unit and corporate levels, monitoring and analyzing the company’s performance against its targets compared to actual conditions, conducting forecasting, adjusting financial projections for year-end, and regularly generating financial performance reports (monthly, quarterly, year-end).

Job Description:

  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring corporate budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning process.
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the control of budget achievement, including revenue, expenses, and investments, as well as consolidating business unit forecasts to monitor and ensure the achievement of RKAP (Annual Work Plan and Budget).
  • Planning, coordinating, monitoring, the consolidation, and preparing management reports.
  • Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
  • Verifying capital purchase requests in the ERP System.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Expert in using financial modelling for corporate budgeting (Ms. Excel Advance level).
  • Have a financial modelling certification would be highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of corporate accounting & financial reporting.
  • Preferably have experience in port/shipping/logistic company.
  • Have a strong leadership, analytical skills, problem solving skills, good communication skills, and excellent business acumen.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in the same level is required for this position.
  • Required Language(s): English, Indonesia
  • Maximum age : 40 years.
