As a Demand Planning Staff, you’ll be helping us forecast the stores needs, support product availability, and keep our business running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or those who has at least 1-years of working experience to start their career in supply chain.

• Degree holder in Industrial Engineering.

• At least 1 year of working experience in demand or supply planning, supply chain management, or related fields.

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Prior internship within the supply chain, logistics, or a similar area is a plus.

• Proactive, self-starter with a desire to learn.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including SUMIF, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, Index-Match, etc.).

• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Assist in the creation and analysis of demand forecasts – analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and refine demand plans.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather relevant insights for demand planning.

• Help monitor and adjust forecasts as needed based on actual sales performance.

• Assist in reviewing current inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.

• Help identify potential supply chain disruptions and suggest solutions to mitigate risks.

• Analyze inventory and demand data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.

• Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline the demand planning process and improve operational efficiency.

• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to the demand and supply planning process.
