SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to traditional market customers in West Java area by utilising Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability. 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target by maintaining current customers and seek for new potential customers to ensure the budgeted sales is achieved and gross margin increased.
• Promote Decorative products by coordinating with the Marketing and Technical team to secure new customers and increase brand awareness in order to have more market share in the respective area.
• Monitor collection by following up collection and coordinating with Finance Department to ensure customer payment is received within the agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding (DSO) target.
• Provide high-quality product and professional sales services by coordinating with other departments to ensure customer’s satisfaction is achieved.

Required:

• Holds bachelor’s degree from any field.
• Experience minimum 3 years as sales in building materials or in the related field is essential.
• Willing to be located and work mobile all around West Java.
• Proficient communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred:

• Having analytical and problem-solving skill
• Domicile and able to work at Bekasi.
