Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Data Management and Analytics Deputy Head di tempat usaha ABeam Consulting Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun syarat yang kita inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are looking for a Data Management and Analytics Deputy Head to join our IT consulting team. You will be responsible for developing the solutions as well as developing the team to deliver the solutions, executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Department/Business Unit leader or similar role in IT consulting
Strong knowledge of system integration, data management, and data analytics solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

As a Deputy Head, you will be the Deputy of the Data Management and Analytics Head in these responsibility areas:

Stay updated on current trends, technology, and best practices in Data Management and Analytics area.
Provide strategic data architecture design using cutting-edge technologies to solve client issues in the data management and analytics area.
Develop a data management and analytics team with the skills required to deliver the proposed solution.
Design and implement training programs to improve the member’s skills and knowledge and keep the members updated with new technologies.
Direct and guide consultants on how to create quality solution proposals.
Oversee and review the solution proposals before it is sent to the client.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for system integration and data management projects.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
Manage resources and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal colleagues and external vendors and service providers.
Oversee and monitor a project delivery from initiation to completion.
Escalation point for project execution issues. Communicate project progress accurately and timely to the client’s technical and business leaders.
Lead and mentor the members.
