About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Entry QA Document Control to join our team at PT Dynacast Indonesia (Batam), a dynamic and growing company located in Batam Kota Kepulauan Riau. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company’s critical data and documentation.

What you’ll be doing

1. Perform meticulous data entry tasks to maintain our company’s records and documentation

2. Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of all data entered

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with data and documentation

4. Implement and adhere to established document control procedures to ensure the proper storage, retrieval, and management of company files

5. Provide administrative support, including printing, scanning, and organizing documents as needed

6. Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business

What we’re looking for

1. Excellent data entry and typing skills with a keen eye for detail

2. Strong knowledge of document control best practices and procedures

3. Experience with quality assurance processes and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies

4. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges and improve processes

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
