Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
Create custom tools and scripts to enhance GIS functionality & automate workflows.
Integrate GIS applications with databases, enterprise systems, and web services.
Manage and maintain spatial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and implement data models and schemas for storing and processing spatial data.
Perform spatial analysis and geoprocessing tasks to support business needs.
Provide technical support for GIS applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their GIS needs and provide tailored solutions.
Document GIS processes, workflows, and application code.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of GIS tools and applications.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in GIS programming and application development.
Experience in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, and SQL) and GIS software platforms like Esri ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar.
Strong understanding of spatial data structures, coordinate systems, and map projections.
Experience with web mapping technologies (e.g., Leaflet, OpenLayers).
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server) and cloud-based GIS solutions and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Currently our infrastructure extends to Java, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan and Sulawesi and we are expanding into Maluku & Papua. On an ongoing basis we are reviewing industry innovation and technology to improve the quality of our coverage solutions and enhance customer service.

Scope of Work

To support our customer’s requirements for network expansion and to enhance the network coverage as well as the network capacity we provide services in both build-to-suit and collocation schemes. We target infrastructure development for coverage hot spots including inner city, business districts, housing and residential developments as well as the main roads in Java, Bali, Sumatera and Batam. We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts.

Workforce

Tower Bersama Group has a workforce skilled and experienced in both build-to-suit and collocation site development as well as the acquisition of existing tower portfolios and tower companies. Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
