MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
As Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing UFS Indonesia Data Lake and creating business dashboarding to drive Data-Driven Decisions for Stakeholders. A data analyst also runs data models to generate leads or prediction modelling for business improvement. (S)he will be closely involved in integrating the full data infrastructure.
Main accountabilities:

• Creates insights by executing & using sales figure interpretation models. Analysis is performed based on Local Data Lake and Local Datawarehouse. Also liaises with business operation to optimize existing models.
• Translates data into BI at the top and end of the funnel based on the grip-grab-grow model by delivering advice to LTs, Digital team and CD Team as well. Focus on acquisition of new businesses.
• Maintains fully profiled operators (FPO) and reports status to Digital Team to act.
• Delivers and manages the dashboards needed to visualize BI to the rest of the organization.
• Owns the process to integrate all sales, marketing and digital data into the local data infrastructure.
• The gatekeeper of data quality and integrity as required by the business.
• Makes sure all leads are transferred to the system and are followed up correctly and in due time.
• Needs to have a strong network with all customer-facing roles in Indonesia.
• Integrate UFS IT infrastructure into the wider data infrastructure according to the business needs and the chosen strategy.
• Maintains relationships with Trade-partners (Distributor, E-Com, etc) to secure the flow of SSD into the datalake

ESSENTIAL:

• Excellent data mining skills (SQL, Python, R).
• Strong communication skills and capability to be data thought leader.
• Knowledge of the content & structure of the database.
• Team player that can work cross functional.
  (both with marketing & data technology teams).
• Knowledge of handling sales figures.
• Fluent English communication skills, verbal & written.
• Influencing all necessary stakeholders to deploy all business requirements in line with the strategy.
• Ability to create reporting, which is accessible, usable and highly focused on delivering insights.
• Ability to explain the data in a super simple way to stakeholders in the company & understand their business needs.
• Able to analyses & collect business insights to teams so they can have a bigger impact with the limited resources available.
• Knowledge of API integrations & setting up future-proof data infrastructures in line with the business strategy

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Mathematics, Information Technology, or related subject emphasis on statistical and analytical skills.
• 5+ years of work experience in the field of data analysis, business intelligence, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SQL, R, and Python, Data Bricks, Azure Experience.
• Experience implementing ETL/ELT, and experience with visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
