Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in design, development, and modelling of data warehouses.
• Must have 2+ years of experience working with BI tools like SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in creating ETL packages in SSIS and/or Python.
• Experience with T-SQL query development.
• Demonstrated clear and effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to uphold high quality control standards.
• Experienced in estimating complexity, time, and effort, planning, and worked closely with Project Managers to successfully meet requirements and timelines.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with Business Intelligence stakeholders.
• Demonstrable organizational, analytical, and innovative thinking skill.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with a strong commitment to being a team player and meeting the client’s needs.
• Strong time management skills (ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or partner with clients in planning, designing, implementing, optimizing, administering, and evaluating BI solutions, including queries, reports, dashboards, and other visualizations based on stakeholders needs.
• Leverage business and statistical knowledge to transform data into information.
• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Elicit, document, and confirm business requirements and technical specifications.
• Participate in the design and enhancement of data marts and data warehouse.
• Define and evaluate conceptual, logical, and physical BI solution architectures.
• Perform data quality assessments, data transformation, and data cleansing.
• Develop data pipeline and/or data transformation (SQL Scripts/Procs/Python) to support reports, dashboards, and KPIs in SSRS and Power BI.
• Create, support, and enhance SSAS OLAP cubes and MDX/DAX scripts.
• Develop test scripts and perform testing of BI solutions to ensure seamless transition to production environment.
• Proactively seek relevant technology enhancements to current and future BI and Reporting initiatives.
