About the role

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst & Monitoring Supervisor to join the Erajaya Group, a leading player in the manufacturing, transportation and logistics industry. Based in Manado, North Sulawesi, this full-time position will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and optimising our operations.

What you’ll be doing

Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and solutions
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights
Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives and process improvements
Champion a data-driven culture within the organisation

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation or logistics industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
