Responsibilities
- Program Management
– Manage and analyse program data.
– Develop technical roll out on certification (possible certification scheme: Rain Forest Alliance (RA), Organic Certification and Fair Trade)
– Provide clear and clean program data to ofi global team.
– Ensure the alignment ofi program data and certification data with M&E team, Customer Program team and Program manager and operation team.
- Program Coordination
– Coordinates with Field Implementation Managers (FIM) and Regional Coordinators RC) for all project audit (RA/ AtSource/other) requirements to be completed promptly.
– Process controls and compliance through applying and monitoring internal audits.
– Providing recommended action to resolve nonconformities.
– Support external auditors in conducting interim and yearly audits including dispute resolutions. Manages and works closely with FIM &RC on the external audit preparation. The goal is to have an external audit prior 2-3 months before the expiration date of the certification.
– Develop the work plan, coordinate the team implementer.
– Develop, distribute, and monitor policies and procedures based on the RA new standard alignment with the Sustainability Program for all customers.
– Working closely with FIM,RC, M&E Manager & Finance Admin Sustainability on the preparation of farmer premium distribution all programs
– Ensure and make sure all ofi Cocoa Program team having common understanding on ofi certification program and AtSouce, and data management.
– Ensure the program implemented according to SOP ofi policy, data program management and certification program.
– To facilitate internal communication, learning and meeting within ofi cocoa sustainability program team and ofi factories (BT and OCPL Singapore)
– Provide/facilitate training and capacity building to ofi team on Certification program and data management.
- Stakeholder Engagement (internal and external)
– Communicate and engage with project’s stakeholders to align and having mutual cooperation with the stakeholders, especially with Labelling/Standard organisation and Certification Bodies.
– Representing ofi in forum which relevant to the program Certification, data management and sustainability program.
– Maintain communication with Global Sustainability and develop sustainability progress report for Global
Qualification
– At least 5-year experience on sustainable program design and implementation
– Excellent of facilitation skills and training
– Having adequate knowledge on certification schemes, especially Rain Forest Certification (RA SAS 2020)
– Ability to work independent and teamwork
– Excellent in English both written and speaking
– Minimum undergraduate in agriculture business, rural development and innovation, knowledge management and innovation, Sustainable Development for Agriculture Sector or Rural Development.
– Willing to travel to up country.
