Full Requirement :
Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or relevant field or equivalent relevant
work experience.
• Experience • At least 3 year of experience in D365 F&O consultant role (5 years of experience in AX 2012 can be equivalent)
• Realization of at least one project (complete life cycle) in a consultant role (D365 F&O or AX 2012)
• Basic knowledge about agile way of working (SCRUM, KANBAN or other frameworks)
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex environments and ability to focus on customer requirements.
• Ability to configure and map requirements in the functions of Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012
• Ability to manage multiple projects, support activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members.
• Ability to train others in applications and operating system fundamentals.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in pressure situations and manage time effectively in a changing environment
• Strong conceptual and logical abilities and strong planning abilities.
• Familiarity with project tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and BPMN methodologies
• Ability to work in an international team.
Full Job Desk:
1. Work on regional ERP post-support and implementation (Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, Omni-channel). Regional rollouts delivered with minimal disruption and process consistency.
2. Perform configurations as well as communicating customization requirements with technical team. System configured and customized in alignment with business requirements.
3. Implement improved solutions and streamline retail processes. Retail processes optimized for cost- efficiency and performance.
4. Gather business requirements and support end users Accurate needs captured and users supported for operational readiness.
5. Perform configuring system, running user trainings and driving workshops. Users trained and system configured for effective daily use.
6. Ensures the organization implements a complete solution that meet their business needs and lead the project throughout the development and the support phases. End-to-end project delivery ensuring sustained business value.
7. Assures that policies and procedures are thoroughly developed, complied with, and maintained such that workflow is consistent, cost- effective, and efficient resulting in a high user satisfaction rating. Workflow standardized, efficient, and compliant with business policies.
8. Assist with assessments, estimates and recommendations for the prioritization of change requests and post-support together with the business owners. Change backlog prioritized based on impact and business urgency.
9. Responsible for translating technical discussions and outcomes for business stakeholders and the executive team. Technical outcomes communicated clearly to drive strategic decisions.
10. Develop a thorough understanding of the business needs and priorities by developing strong relationships with business owners. Trusted advisor role established through business understanding.
11. Promotes continuous improvement by being analytical, proactive and pragmatic which taking ownership of tasks.
