Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi CX Consultant di perusahaan ABeam Consulting Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Digital Marketing serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun syarat yang kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Responsibility

Develop customer and marketing strategies. Based on market, competitive, and customer research and analysis, develop customer-driven marketing strategies.
Design and execution of marketing initiatives. In execution, monitor and analyze the results of the initiatives based on the PDCA cycle, and make continuous improvements.
Support for a digital marketing organization foundation. Design the functions, structure, and operations of the organization, and accompany the client until it can operate on its own.
Support for implementation and utilization of marketing technology. Responsible for conceptualization, requirement definition, prototyping, PMO support, etc. for implementation of MA, CRM, CDP, etc.
Capability building. Keep learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member’s skills development.

Required Skills/ Experience

Experience in one of the following; 5+ years of experience is preferred.
Project experience in the consumer or marketing domain in a consulting firm.
Practical experience in B2C marketing (especially digital marketing) in an end user company in the financial industry.
Experience in digital marketing planning (personas, customer journey and content planning) and operations at a marketing, advertising or CX agency.
Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at Managerial level and good at constructing relationship.
Ability to collaborate with various Stakeholders (Business, Technical), proceed and coordinate the Project through proper Project Management methodology.
Flexible and agile, in accordance to the very dynamic nature of CX; Quick to pin-point Critical issues that need immediate fixing and also identify opportunities to build stronger Customer experience.
Able to quickly adept with the latest Trend & Technology in CX & Digital Marketing fields.
Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
Fluent English for both speaking and writing.
