To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success (CS) Liaison. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly. 

In this role, your responsibility will be to ensure timely delivery of aging orders by following up with the third-party logistics (3PL) provider, resolving warehouse-related tickets such as return requests and complaints, and coordinating with the Customer Success (CS) team to provide status updates and resolutions for operations-related issues. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams and report directly to the Logistics Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Your Role:

  • Follow up with the third-party logistics (3PL) provider to ensure on-time delivery of aging orders, escalating any potential delays to the Logistics Supervisor.
  • Monitor and resolve warehouse-related tickets, including return requests, complaints, and other customer inquiries or issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to investigate and address root causes of recurring issues, proposing and implementing process improvements where necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success (CS) team to provide regular status updates on orders, returns, and other operations-related issues, ensuring timely communication to customers.
  • Work closely with the CS team to resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints, providing accurate and helpful information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback, identifying trends or patterns to help drive continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining relevant documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for the CS team and customers.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on customer-related issues and priorities.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in customer success, customer service, or related roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and logistics processes, including order fulfillment, returns management, and delivery tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels within the organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and urgent customer needs.
  • Availability for occasional flexible working hours to accommodate urgent customer inquiries or time-sensitive operational issues.
