Job descriptions:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export shipments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing updates on shipment status and addressing any concerns.
  • Coordinate with various departments to process export orders efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy in order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping instructions.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule and coordinate export shipments.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to customers.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes in export regulations and customs requirements.
  • Work closely with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education diploma from any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Minimum 3 years experience at the same position.
  • Diligent, good attitude and good interpersonal skill.
  • Can work with tight deadline and detail oriented.
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem solving.
