We seek a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee and guide our customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and persuade prospective customers to use our services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction and a high level of service quality.

What you will be doing:

• Handle escalated customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
• Persuade prospective buyers to use our services with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service, setting clear performance expectations, and providing training, coaching, and feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring company policy adherence and service quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness using customer feedback and other necessary resources.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the Product and Commercial team, to ensure the overall customer service operations run smoothly, share customer insights, and improve overall customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record leading a team of Telesales/Customer Service with consistent performance of over 2 years or more.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and issues, as well as identify process improvements.
• Experience in the automotive industry and/ or used motorcycle business is a plus point.
• Able to perform data analysis to show patterns, insight, and/or provide general analysis in identifying areas of improvement using Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets.

And the general requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication or other relevant field.
• At least 2 years in leading a Customer Service team.
• Proficient in Customer Service software and tools.
• Comfortable working in hybrid settings (our office is located at Permata Hijau, Jakarta).
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends as this role will oversee and arrange work schedules for a team that works in a 7-day setting.
