Position Purpose:

To oversee all aspects of accounts related to purchase orders and goods distribution while maintaining our clients’ needs. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to established guiding principles and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Description of Duties:

• Create and process sales orders in SAP.
• Create, process, and manage return orders from customers in SAP.
• Prepare order fulfillment report, sales report, and inventory reports.
• Maintain the consignment transaction flow.
• Monitor the flow of deliveries between the warehouse and customers (vice versa).
• Maintain transaction records.
• Provide support to the Demand Planner, and import team, and collaborate closely with the warehouse team.

Requirements

Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, and Skills)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum bachelor graduate.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Profound understanding of the logistics process.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication
• Strong coordination ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
