To deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, accurate and helpful support to resolve customer inquiries, issues and concerns, there by ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

• Making parts order plan to affiliate company based on PO & forecast from customers.
• Managing forecast data from customers.
• Making Delivery Plan to customers based on Delivery Instructions
• Cooperating with affiliate company (afco) regarding Purchasing Order from customer, production capacity, Delivery Plan from afco and related issues.
• As contact person/window of SBD Fastening Div., to receive any information, and request from customers.
• Monitoring forecast and purchase order data from customers
• Create parts order plan to affiliate company based on PO & forecast from customers.
• Input purchase order to affiliate company into system, monitoring stock and update I/C price in system.
• Monitoring shipment and preparing documents to customs clearance process
• Proactive, comprehensive, and detailed in reviewing and analyzing if any delay or issue related the shipment.
• Making Delivery Plan to customers based on Delivery Instructions
• Create Delivery Order in system and distribute Delivery Instruction to the warehouse.
• Making trucking plan to deliver goods to the customers.
• Cooperating with supply chain and warehouse team regarding delivery plan, parts ordering, and related issues.
• Create Invoice and billing to the customer, include prepare hardcopy invoice and their completeness.
• Liaise and follow up with relevant internal departments should there be any issue with the invoice.
• As contact person/window of SBD Fastening Div., to receive any information, and request from customers.
