 We are seeking the 1st member who has responsibility for customer support specialist who work with us!

Job brief:

We provides Rent to Own mobility service to people who can not use car loans and leasing services.
 We need to build good relationship with our customers for several years.
 This is the reason why we are looking for Customer Support Specialist who will be in charge of all the customer experience.

• Build and maintain good customer experience
• Deal with trouble, accident and claims from customers
• Monitor our vehicles

Requirements:

• Fluent English skill
• 1 years+ experience in customer service or related field
• Be able to work in midnight and weekend
